Can I cancel my subscription? - ABSOLUTELY! If you are needing to cancel your subscription, just reach out to us! We do have to be notified 10 days in advance to the 1st of the month to cancel your subscription! If you reach out past this time, you will be billed for the next month’s box!
Can I change my size? - ABSOLUTELY! You can do this through your customer portal on your subscription, or we can do it for you. Just reach out to us any time!
Can I change my card information? - ABSOLUTELY! You can also do this in your customer portal, or you can reach out to us and we will send you an email link to change your information. We do not have access to your credit card information, but we can help you change that in your account!
