Where is your storefront located?

Vickie’s Gifts is located in Roscoe, Texas. Our address is 211 Main Street, Roscoe, TX 79545.

While you can also shop online, if you’re in the area, be sure to see our store in person! We have over 5,000 square feet of display space! Take a look at our Facebook and Instagram pages as well – we frequently post new arrivals on our social media pages.

What are your store hours?

Our storefront is open Tuesday through Saturday, and our weekday hours are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. On Saturdays, we’re open from 9:30 am - 4 pm.

What products do you sell?

At Vickie’s Gifts, we sell a wide variety of high-quality products! We offer unique gifts, women’s boutique clothing, jewelry and accessories, home decor, kitchen items, and more.

There is truly something for everyone here, whether you’re shopping for yourself, a loved one, or a friend. We’re happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, so feel free to contact us at any time.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States on orders of $100 and more. Our shipping is fast and reliable, and we’re happy to offer gift wrapping as well!

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Once 30 days have passed after your purchase, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns must be unused, in the same condition as the time of purchase, and brought back in the original packaging. We also require a receipt as proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund onto your original form of payment. This should be automatically applied and be shown on your statement within a few days.

Some items are ineligible for returns. These items include, but are not limited to: perishable goods such as food, flowers, magazines, newspapers, intimate goods or sanitary products, or some health and personal care items.

Some items are eligible for a partial refund – contact us to see if this is the case. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and sale items are not accepted for refunds.
