What is Freeze Dried Candy?
The candy goes through a process called sublimation. The candy is put into a vaccuum chamber and then heat is added. This causes the moisture in the candy go from a solid to a gas. The candy puffs up and changes the texture while also intensifying the flavors. In other words it makes something awesome, even better.
